Hops Harvesting & Custom Pelletizing

Get the most out of your fresh hops by having them pelletized at our farm. If your plan is to market your hops to craft brewers then pelletizing is a must. We have a Lawson Mills Bonsai system which is big enough to do high volumes but small enough to produce a custom pellet from your particular hop variety. Pricing is based on the pounds of hops that you receive and there is a small amount of loss in the system with each batch/variety.

Ideally, hop cones should be dried down to a 10% moisture level. All pellets will be packaged in mylar bags with nitrogen backflush. Package sizes include 1, 11, 22 and 44 lbs. Smaller packages can be obtained but are labor intensive so may cost more depending on amount. Walk-ins are welcome but prescheduled growers will be given priority.
