Black Angus Beef

Our Angus beef herd is derived from genetically selected breeder stock which we rotate on a regular basis to keep our genetics healthy. Our brood cows are repopulated from keeping our best heifer stock. As our steers mature, they are individually selected and prepared for processing when they reach approximately 1200-1500 lbs. This process gives the meat enough marble to make it juicy and tasty while preventing excessive fat deposits. Our beef’s freshness is preserved by vacuum sealed packaging displaying our personal label. Please enjoy our pictures below and feel free to contact us to place an order.
